What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, street address for a yard sign, and your message.

Donations are processed by PayPal. We do not see or store your card or bank information. PayPal shares your name, email address and contribution details with the campaign, and its own privacy policy governs what PayPal collects.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, deliver yard signs, coordinate volunteers and events, and send campaign updates if you sign up for them.

Texas law requires campaigns to report certain contribution information, including contributors' names and addresses, in campaign finance reports that are public records.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it outside the campaign, except with the service providers that help us operate this site, as required by law, or with your permission.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your browser type and general location. You can block cookies in your browser settings. Videos on this site use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set tracking cookies until you play a video.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from campaign emails at any time, or ask us to update or remove your information, by emailing dylan@hedrickforgarland.com.
